This isn’t really a review post – but it is a recommendation. Of sorts.
It was 2021 when I came across Christopher Mitchell’s Mageland’s Epic; I remember it well. I hadn’t been well and was desperately looking for a new book series to start to get my teeth into. I was browsing Kindle Unlimited, and noticed that there was a compendium of sorts of the first four books in the series. So, I grabbed a brew and curled up in my recliner to start what would become a bit of an obsession…
Now, there’s a huge bulk of books in Mr Mitchell’s saga – and that’s even before you look at the prequel novella’s. So, it can be a bit of a haze to know what order to read them in. Amazon doesn’t always manage to sort the books in the correct order when you search them – so I have decided that it’s high time you know the order – especially now that the last book in the saga is due to be released this month.. And remember, they’re all available on Kindle Unlimited
*Although one of the novellas is only available from Mitchell’s own website.

25 – Dreams of Kell
26 – God Restrainer

28 – World’s End
I know. That’s a lot of books! But I absolutely promise that they’re worth reading. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry. You’ll probably end up very angry at Christopher Mitchell by the end of the series. I know I kind of was.
But, honestly, if you haven’t already – read this magnificent series. You won’t regret it.
