    🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕

*Although Vows and Ruins has been out in the world for a week, I’ve been poorly with the flu, so haven’t been able to even write the review until now.

Thea Zoltaire has passed the Initiation Test, and is now a fully fledged Guardian of the Mid-realms, along with her friends Kip and Cal. She’s only one step away from achieving her dream of being a Warsword. But there are still too many obstacles in her way; namely, the revelation that along with her sister, Wren, she’s one of the lost princesses of Delmira with powerful Storm Magic.

The entire, steamy series in review…

I’ll admit, I came to this exceptional series of books rather late; not until the final book was due to be released Slaying the Shadow Prince by Helen Scheuerer. But, I am glad I eventually came across the series, because it introduced to me to new worlds and new authors. Admittedly, I enjoyed some books more than the others, but alas, not all books are created equally. But now that I’ve read the series in its entirety, I’m going to do you all a favour and rate them from worst, to best.

    Olena Nikitin

    🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

In the final instalment of their Season’s War Tetralogy, the writing duo under the pseudonym of Olena Nikitin have bought us a finale filled with chaos, war, love and betrayal. Summer Veil is action packed, from the first page to the last, and, as someone who has followed Lady Inanuan of Thorn’s journey from her very first Little Accident, it has been an absolute joy. Their books are filled with Slavic mythology and magic, entwined with a dash of Cornish mysticism and Norse Beserkers
